Turner Eye Institute, San Leandro, CA (2015) – Use Change from Office to Medical Office Use, Major Renovation of all 3 stories, including drought resistant landscaping, branding through design for the business and complex HCAI approvals for a medical facility. This project was one of the first in downtown revitilization of the City of San Leandro as a major commercial cooridor.
